# Tokenization Process

Tokenization through the Sabai Protocol is broken down into multiple stages to provide a more structured approach to the task at hand. This ensures error prevention and facilitates clear demonstration of progress and the specific steps involved in tokenizing a client's assets.

### Consultation and Project Analysis

The tokenization process commences with a foundational exploration of the project, business model, and asset structure. This is essential to tailor the most pertinent tokenization solution based on the acquired data, one that comprehensively satisfies the client's preferences.

### Due Diligence

As part of project evaluation, we also conduct a comprehensive audit of assets, after which necessary contracts are drawn up with the client and legal formalities are resolved. If no obstacles are identified at this stage, the asset owner will be granted permission for their listing in the Sabai ecosystem.

### Customization and Configuration of Technical Processes

At this stage, we're establishing the entire infrastructure necessary for the subsequent token release and fully tailoring it to meet the requirements and preferences of the client.

### Token Issuance

Once the setup is successfully completed, the RWA/VA tokens are emitted. Subsequently, the client gains access to all essential tools for their management, along with analytical data access.

### Initial Sales Launch and Marketing

Upon token issuance completion, the primary sales phase ensues. Clients receive expert assistance in formulating a marketing strategy, along with proven tools for investor attraction, tested in practice.

### Organization of the Secondary Market

During the final stage of tokenization, a secondary market is established to facilitate token trading among users. This enhances the liquidity of tokenized assets and provides investors with the ability to efficiently manage their capital.
