Staking motivates users to reinvest their acquired tokens, thereby stabilizing the supply and demand balance of SABAI Tokens.

Learn-and-Earn

Sabai Academy has introduced a reward system incentivizing users to broaden their knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, tokenization, and real estate investment. Upon completing tests successfully following the study of materials, users are awarded SABAI Tokens.

This system encourages ecosystem users to delve into its foundational aspects, ultimately enhancing audience loyalty and comprehension of Sabai products' operational principles.

Play-and-Earn

This feature will be integrated into Sabai World, enabling users to earn SABAI Tokens for in-game achievements.

Such an approach will allow the audience to gamify their learning process about the ecosystem and, in a simplified format, get acquainted with its products.

Referral Program

Sabai Property has instituted a three-tier referral program, incentivizing users not only to invest in tokenized real estate independently but also to bring in new participants. Program participants receive between 0.3 and 3% from each investment made by referrals across levels 1-3, thereby creating an additional stream of passive income for themselves.

Through the referral program, Sabai Property can streamline the process of attracting new clients and, to some extent, delegate it to its loyal audience.
