Sabai Tapai Guide
Hello and welcome to the city of the future, where you have the opportunity to build your business empire from scratch! I'm Sabbie, your smart assistant, and I'm here to explain how everything works.
Interface
The menu includes the following tabs: Buy, Income, Main, and Friends.
BUY
a real estate market where you can purchase buildings to your liking with in-game currency (Sabai Gold, abbreviated as SG).
INCOME
a list of all your buildings that generate income in SG.
MAIN
the main page where I will give you the necessary tips on how to develop your business and remind you when it's time to collect rent from your buildings.
FRIENDS
a place where you can expand your network, broaden your sphere of influence, and earn bonuses for it.
Real Estate Purchase
This is the key to business development!
Transactions are made with SG (Sabai Gold) and happen instantly. The purchased building is immediately added to your list in the Income tab.
Plus, you can start collecting income right away as a bonus. Isn't that awesome? Since you can only choose one building out of three when buying, it's important to carefully consider the building's characteristics:
▫️ Income Amount: This shows how many SG you'll earn each time you collect income. The higher, the better.
▫️ Year of Construction: This affects how often the building might need repairs. Avoid buying buildings that are too old to avoid unexpected issues!
▫️ Distance from the Center: This indicates how far the building is from the city center. "Central" buildings are in high demand, which increases the income amount.
▫️ Maintainability: This shows how expensive the building is to maintain. It can be low, average, or high—the cheaper it is, the less it will cost to repair.
But that’s not all! Always keep the Return on Investment (ROI) in mind for the buildings you buy. Some buildings might offer high income but require frequent repairs, while others might rarely need repairs but be costly to fix. In short, choose wisely!
Collecting Income
Income accumulates when the timer expires. Only one income collection is available per building at any given time. To collect income, tap the button quickly, and your SG will be added to your balance, making you richer! It's that simple.
Repairs
Unfortunately, unexpected events happen. The world is full of dangers and challenges! So, you'll need to keep an eye on your buildings as they can break down.
Fortunately, a breakdown won't stop you from collecting income; it will just reduce the amount.
You can easily fix this and restore the building's original income by pressing the REPAIR button. Boom, and the money flows again!
It's important to note that repairs come in different types and affect income differently. Here are the types:

The cost of restoration depends on several factors:
The building's maintainability.
The income amount.
The extent of the damage.
The rule is: the more serious the damage, the higher the restoration cost in SG.
You'll often face a dilemma: should you fund the restoration of a building or save up for a new one? It's up to you to decide, and I'm sure you'll make the right choice!
Friends
It's always more effective to work together, so let me explain the Friends feature.
How to Invite? By inviting friends to Sabai Tapai, you earn an additional bonus of 10% of all SG received by each invited Sabai Tapai member.
To access your personalized profile, just hit the Friends button and copy the link.
The list of all invitees will be displayed on the same page. Only friends invited by you personally will be counted here.
You will see the total amount of SG rewards from invited friends in the Friends section.
