'Tokenization & Listing' and 'White Label'

### Tokenization & Listing Tokenization & Listing is a solution for tokenizing client assets and subsequently listing them within the Sabai ecosystem. When opting for the Tokenization & Listing solution, the workflow begins with preliminary negotiations with the client to ascertain their requirements. Subsequently, a meticulous scoring of both the asset to be listed and the client's company is carried out. Upon successful completion of the scoring, the legal documentation process is set in motion. Once all the required contracts are signed, the client obtains the opportunity to define the terms of the upcoming asset token issuance and the specifics of their configuration: buyer whitelisting (groups, roles, requirements), initial distribution rounds, asset evaluation methodology, issuance size, and other parameters. Additionally, if opting for a non-standard approach, the client can implement additional mechanics such as minting, burning, or freezing. Once the tokens are configured and all requirements are met, the primary distribution process commences. At this stage, the client can leverage user motivation tools such as a referral program, loyalty program, and other incentives for initial buyers. During distribution, the client receives real-time detailed analytical information, which they can use to enhance the efficiency of initial token sales. Upon completion of the primary distribution and listing on the secondary market, the client gains the ability to manage order book settings and liquidity. Additionally, if needed, they can organize token holder voting and integrate additional oracles. ### White Label White Label is a packaged modular solution for tokenizing client assets and establishing a custom platform for their listing. White Label encompasses all essential technological tools for asset tokenization and deployment, along with comprehensive support for technical and legal matters. However, unlike the Tokenization & Listing solution, the listing process is client-managed, not overseen by Sabai. White label solutions are ideal for large companies looking to establish their own platform for hosting and selling a multitude of tokens representing numerous assets or virtual goods. When opting for a White Label solution, the client's platform also becomes an integral part of the Sabai ecosystem. In this setup, the project can issue tokens either independently (exclusively on its own platform) or through a collaborative distribution format. In the latter case, tokenized assets are not only hosted on the client's platform but also on Sabai's platforms, and potentially on the marketplaces of other clients in the future. However, in the case of collaborative distribution, Sabai conducts a meticulous scoring process akin to that utilized in the Tokenization & Listing solution.
